Licensed CPA in Hawaii, Georgia and Oregon, and the Territory of Guam with a Masters Degree in Accounting. Over 44 years of accounting, audit, tax and advisory experience, Howard is responsible for managing TRUSTA and its boutique professional practice, to include collaborating with Crowe Global member firms in serving clients primarily within the Pacific Rim.
