Job Description

Selected individual will work with the acquisition and development team members on financial models for development and income properties. Duties include preparation of financial projections, investor packages and applications for project financing, utilizing research to support assumptions. Work may also include performance and budget reviews for income properties in the company’s investment portfolio.

Bachelors in Finance or Accounting with 5 to 10 years of successful related work experience is required. Real Estate experience would be a plus. Position is a full-time, salary position which may require meeting deadlines and travel to properties on Oahu and neighbor islands. Must be a self-starter and can work with minimal supervision.
