With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the financial reporting considerations are numerous.  Practitioners need to consider all possible areas of impact when preparing financials, assisting clients with reporting or understanding the areas of impact when conducting the audit of the impacted financials.

This webinar will cover the GAAP financial reporting impacts and consequences of the Coronavirus pandemic.  It will look at SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, financial reporting guidance potentially impacted, and review FASB deferrals of effective dates due to the pandemic.
