Join us for a special presentation with local boy, Gary Wong.  Gary is a US and Hong Kong attorney and  has worked and been a partner in major law firms in Hawaii, New York and Hong Kong.  He served as Chief Legal Counsel Asia for a Fortune 200 company, covering China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia and India.  Gary has been living and working in Hong Kong for the last 24 years and is currently with Oldham, Li & Nie, an independent Hong Kong law firm . Gary will be discussing changes in the business and legal environment in Hong Kong since its return to China.  He will be covering Hong Kongs tax and legal systems, cross-border transactions, licensing and distribution arrangements and preferred structures of doing business in Hong Kong and China.
