Description
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA) contains provisions that when properly implemented allow the individual taxpayer to reduce his or her tax liability. The SECURE Act changed many of the rules dealing with Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). This program focuses on certain tax strategies that allow the individual taxpayer to reduce his or her tax liability based on the TCJA and IRS notices and regulations issued over the last two years and also discusses individual planning strategies relating to IRAs.
