Job Description

Established in 1926, Mid-Pacific Country Club (MPCC) is a private country club located on the Windward side of Oahu. With a first-class golf course and welcoming environment, MPCC also offers versatile venues for entertainment and a variety of dining options.

MPCC seeks a strategic Director of Finance with broad financial leadership within the areas of accounting, budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting. Working closely with the Board of Directors and the Finance Committee, the Director of Finance must exhibit personal and professional integrity and a commitment to MPCC’s spirit of aloha. Strong interpersonal relationship-building and communication skills are necessary.

A proven leader with a minimum of 5-7 years of professional accounting experience, with at least two years as a Controller or equivalent level, required. Club/hospitality experience, advanced degree, CHAE and/or CPA are preferred.
