Our accounting and finance Consultants combine their functional finance expertise and project management capabilities with their other broad skills and experiences in internal audit, process reengineering, compliance, and systems to help clients drive business change. We are currently looking for accounting and finance professionals with 7+ years of experience within industry and/or public accounting to join our Hawaii office. Attributes of our global professionals include: a dedication to client service, the ability to think in complex and ever changing situations, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge. Desired Experience in such areas as: •Month-end close and account reconciliations •Internal/external financial reporting •Budget and variance analysis •Financial planning and analysis •Process improvement •Systems implementation •Internal and external audit Desired Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve technical accounting issues. •Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills. •Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel. •Bachelor's degree required. •7+ years of experience preferred. •CPA and public accounting background preferred.
