Senior Accountants KKDLY LLC (formerly known as Kobayashi, Kanetoku, Doi, Lum & Yasuda CPAs LLC) is in search of ambitious and driven individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking both audit and tax seniors. Successful candidate should possess: General Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical ability, and proficiency in using Excel and related business applications. • Capability to work independently, lead projects, manage confidential information, and balance multiple priorities/deadlines. • At a minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and at least two (2) years of applicable experience relative to the preceding qualifications. Audit Senior Specific Qualifications • Proven knowledge of accounting principles and practices through preparation and/or review of financial statement schedules, account reconciliations and analysis, internal control documentation, compliance reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Tax Senior Specific Qualifications • Prepare complex tax returns; conduct tax research; review tax work of staff accountants; review and be able to obtain relevant tax information provided by client and develop a continued working relationship with clients. • Recognize, anticipate and resolve tax issues; make recommendations; possess knowledge of tax laws.
