[WEB4] Accounting & Reporting for Nonprofits
Description
This course will enhance your working knowledge of fundamental nonprofit accounting and reporting, presentation requirements, note disclosures unique to not-for-profits, and options allowed under generally accepted accounting principles. Specific areas of focus will include the key differences between nonprofits and for-profits, contributions revenue, functional expenses and related party transactions. As with all of our courses, there will be ample opportunity for the attendees to ask their "real life" questions throughout the session.

- Identify major components of accounting and reporting in not-for-profit organizations
- Recognize appropriate accounting for recording and recognizing contributions
- Identify threats to financial sustainability of a nonprofit organization
