Description

After five years of operation, the small business owner has figured out what they need to survive and thrive in a competitive environment. However, they are now savvy enough to realize that they have to learn how to run the business smarter in order to grow. This is where their accountant can become a critical partner in the entrepreneur's path to success. This workshop will equip participants with the framework necessary to advise seasoned entrepreneurs how to manage cash flow, update strategic planning documents, identify and analyze key performance indicators, and grow their existing business.
