Description
This state of the profession session covers four key areas of which at least one or more will impact every firm.
We will hit these four segments:
- CPA firm and non-accounting M&A
- Succession assessments
- Capacity / outsourcing
- Creating or expanding an advisory department
This session will provide ideas to resolve obstacles or evaluate opportunities no matter if you are an emerging firm or a Top 100 leader. The goal of every firm should be to build their enterprise value and this session will help you make progress in key areas of transition and transformation of your practice.
