Hawaii Tax Legislative Update
Description
Tom Yamachika, President of the Tax Foundation of Hawaii, will be presenting several bills now in the Legislature that may be important to your practice.
Among them are:
- HB 1173 (relating to State tax liens)
- HB 1174 (relating to the procedure for payments under protest lawsuits)
- HB 1175 (relating to tax appeal filings)
With moderators Kurt Kawafuchi and Ron Heller, discussion may turn to other bills in the Legislature (there are LOTS of them this year) as time permits.
