Janine Guillen

Janine A. Guillen is a partner with the law firm of Guillen DeGeorge, LLP. She has represented hundreds of clients for estate and business planning, trust and estate settlement, incapacity planning, and litigation. She has taught continuing education seminars for CPAs, attorneys, and insurance professionals for 10 years and is a guest lecturer at the University of Denver College of Law. She holds a J.D., M.B.A., LL.M. in taxation, and a B.S.N. in nursing. She is licensed to practice lawin Colorado, New York, and before the U.S. Tax Court.
