Description

In this course participants will learn what comprises the field of elder law and will gain an understanding of the difficult aging issues facing seniors, which make planning more important than ever. Analysis will include codified laws protecting at-risk adults, and issues with Medicare, Medicaid, and other benefit programs and resources.
