Description

Learning how to evaluate an estate plan using a solid framework is a powerful tool for any trusted advisor. Participants will learn how to evaluate a client's existing estate plan taking into consideration current law and family facts, and the five major facets to an estate plan that will determine the plan's success or failure. Analysis will include identifying problem areas and issues of concerns and how to engage in meaningful discussions with clients about the evaluation.
